On May 5, 1996, the BPCC hosted a “spectacle of sight and sound” with its presentation of “3D.” Held at the Memorial United Methodist Church in Taunton, the event featured a colorful program of lively musical selections and fun visual enhancements. High points of the show included costumed guest dancers, a giant multicolored wheel of light and special appearances by Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Prince Ali. The sold out concert was so well received that it was retooled for a special encore performance that summer at the local historic landmark, Roseland Ballroom.
